The registration process

You can register for the workshop via filling out and submitting this form. Registration for the Serene 2014 workshop & autumn school is a two stage process.

– First, enter your registration information using the electronic form below and submit the form; we will acknowledge your intent to register with an email that contains a registration ID and your registration data.

– Secondly, having received your registration ID, perform payment either by wire transfer or submitting your card information to us by fax. Details are below. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until we have successfully completed the payment process for your registration. After receiving the entire amount of your registration fee we will send you a confirmation email.

Forms of payment

We are able to accept payments by wire transfer and credit card.

Wire transfer

If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please make your payment to the following account:

Please make sure that you provide your registration ID in the comment field of the transfer and that the amount we receive equals the price of your registration; that is, all transfer costs, inlc. processing fees are covered by the sender and it is the net amount of your registration that arrives to our bank account.

Credit Card

If you choose to pay by card, fill out the following form: card_form and fax it to +36 1 463 4112. This is the secretarial fax number of the Department of Measurement and Information Systems.

Your card will be charged with the registration fee in Euro. In order to protect your data, please DO NOT email us card information and DO NOT input it into the web form.
